Douglas K. Anderson.
Douglas K. Anderson is the
former President and Chief
Operating Officer of Savings
Bank of Manchester and a
Director of Connecticut
Bancshares, Inc., until its
acquisition by NewAlliance in
April 2004. Mr. Anderson is the
former Chairman, Chief Executive
Officer and President of Open
Solutions, Inc. ("OSI"), a
Glastonbury, Connecticut based
company that provides e-business
and software applications for
community financial
institutions. Mr. Anderson has
considerable experience in many
bank operating areas including
accounting, legal, information
technology and mergers and
acquisitions. In addition to his
professional affiliations, Mr.
Anderson has been on the board
of directors of numerous civic
and charitable organizations,
including Foodshare, the
Antiquarian and Landmark
Societies and the SBM Charitable
Foundation. The Manchester
Community College Foundation has
also paid special tribute to Mr.
Anderson as a board member for
his significant fundraising
contributions for student
scholarships.
Mark Ain.
Mr. Ain is Founder, former CEO and current Executive Chairman of Kronos Incorporated, a human capital management software company that was recently acquired by Hellman and Friedman Capital Partners for $1.8 billion.
Carlos Naudon. Carlos Naudon is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Banking Spectrum, a strategy and compliance consulting company serving the financial services industry. He is also an attorney with Allister and Naudon as well as a retired Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Naudon formerly served as Managing Director of OSI.
