VERUTEK EOR PRODUCTS

Sophistication of multi-action formulation allows activity to be temporarily delayed until treatment is positioned in target areas of formation - giving operators flexibility to treat near-wellbore or out in virgin areas around frac.

This technology is available in multiple formulations designed to aggressively dissolve paraffin, asphaltene and other deposits to increase flow to the well. VeruTEK EOR technology is also used to break water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion in heavy water-bound oils.

VeruSOL GCF™

APPLICATION:
Formulation specifically designed with multi-stage action to deeply and completely penetrate formation to open flow from new areas around frac, remove deposits and blockages, enhance production flow to the well bore, enhance effective porosity across treated zones, and mobilize oil. Aggressively dissolves asphaltene deposits and condensate restrictions to increase flow and effective porosity.

Lowers oil viscosity, and breaks interfacial tension. Will break water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion to mobilize water-bound oil. Will dissolve biological blockages.

Mixes readily with water. Performs well at low temperatures (<38 C). Performance increases with increasing temperature profile. Best suited for:
•    Reversing restriction decline curves
•    Penetrating formation to open flow from new areas around frac
•    Water-bound oil
•    High asphaltene content oil

GENERAL GUIDANCE:
Dilute concentrate with water to an effective range of 0.1% - 10%, based on temperature, oil properties, and formation characteristics. Residence time of 6 to 12 hours for initial stage of action; second stage actions can continue up to an additional 12 to 36 hours.

VeruSOL T-500F™

APPLICATION::
Formulation specifically designed to aggressively dissolve paraffin and asphaltene restrictions and deposits, and mobilize heavy oil. Will maintain paraffin in solution across temperature drops. Lowers viscosity of heavy oil, and removes restrictions to increase flow and effective porosity. Will dissolve biological blockages

Mixes readily with water. Performs well at low temperatures (<38 C). Performance increases with increasing temperature profile. Best suited for:
•    Low gravity oil
•    Significant restrictive deposits
•    High paraffin content oil
•    High asphaltene content oil

GENERAL GUIDANCE:
Dilute concentrate with water to an effective range of 0.1% - 10%, based on temperature, oil properties, and formation characteristics. Residence time of 12 to 36 hours – action can continue for up to 72 hours in low temperature conditions.

VeruSOL WB-SM1™

APPLICATION:
Formulation specifically designed to break water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion in heavy water-bound oils. Can be injected into formation to break w/o emulsion and enhance mobility of oil, or used at surface in production lines or storage; in conjunction with or in place of heater treater units, to economically break water from water bound-oil. Product can be captured and re-used. Significantly lowers oil viscosity (by 70% - 90%), and reduces interfacial tension (IFT).

Mixes readily with water. Performs well at low temperatures (38 C). Performance increases with increasing temperature profile. Best suited for:
•    Naturally water-bound and heavy oils
•    Fields which require heater-treater units to meet market requirements

GENERAL GUIDANCE:
Dilute concentrate with water to an effective inclusion rate with oil ranging from 0.1% - 3%, based on temperature and oil properties (percent bound water fraction). Performance time of 1 to 48 hours depending on oil temperature. Product can be captured and re-used.
