Enhanced Oil Recovery Pilot Test Data

eor pilot test chart revise

  • Test wells distributed over 7 miles and all producing from same 4 ft to 8 ft saturated sand formation characteristic of no energy (no water or gas drive) and unnatural decline due to asphaltene and immature oil deposits and clogging (oil: 22 to 26 grav.)
  • Test wells selected by operator based on criteria of 2 wells with paraffin issues; 2 wells normal production; and 2 wells with problematic production. All test data generated by capture into individual test tanks located at each well.
  • Prior to Treatment, all production volumes measured daily for 4 days and averages (see Table: Multiday Pre-Treat)
  • All wells were treated with VeruSOL GCF™, and Test Wells # 1, 2, and 6 were also treated with VeruSOL T-500™
  • Formations treated with VeruSOL GCF™ noted periodic increases in gas production within first 30 days following treatment.
  • For formations treated with VeruSOL GCF™, asphaltene floc consistently recovered in test tanks during 30 Day, 60 Day, and 90 Day tests following treatment - no asphaltene materials were recovered in Pre-Treatment collection of production fluids.
  • 60 Day and 90 Day Averages could not include any production amounts from Test Well #6 since well was offline due to electrical line issues.
